A portrait of PJ Harvey, a wonderful singer, and my most recent obsession ^^ The reason the shirt and hair are flat like that is because the photo I was using for reference had very harsh lighting, and I didn't have enough confidence to reconstruct the shadows myself. That, and I like it that way ~_^
