Before you say/think ANYTHING, the missing 'e's are intentional. That character is Axolotl,
from K. Sandra Fuhr's 5ideways. It's a very wonderful, surreal webcomic. Seriously. Rarely has "surreal" be such a truthful description.
Axolotl is visiting the SoaD universe with permission, and will return to his rightful place. It's a cameo. He's not sticking around.
How does he know Drake? Cousin's babysitter's best friend's fiancee's roomate? I dunno.
