Kings of Chaos My brother hasn't got a web page so he asked me to link this here. Click once a day to make his army grow. You can make you own too.
Gaia Online This is so addicting. Right now it's mostly a forum, but it's gonna be lots lots more! You get a customizable avatar, and earn gold by being active on the site. I love it.

8-Bit Theater A helarious online comic featuring the 8-bit sprites from Final Fantasy.
A Magical Roommate My good friend Emily draws and writes this comic. Don't let the art style dissuade you, this is a good read!

Eph's Battlezone Has much more than Kiss stuff, but her kiss section is still wonderfully full of stuff. Also available in german!
Emerald's Kiss Emerald is the nice and talented artist who now runs Snipits. The pixelly goodness that is her page is a must see.
Stuff 'n Nonsense Not only is Sakura Fairy good, but she's getting better every day. Her dollz are some of the best online.
Peach Pit Even though the dolls can sometimes be small in clothes, the art is so amazingly good that it makes up for it. This page is entirely Japanese. Oh and BTW, the artist's name is Chigira Momose.

Note: Some of these are also KiSS sites, some of the KiSS sites above have dollz pages.UotDv3*Snailypo! Unorigional's personal site. His artwork is nothing like his name. He's really in to doing dollz for 80's cartoons. I love it!
Swiss Cheese Army She's got some of the best bases on the net. Her current site seems to be really bandwidth heavy unfortunatly.
If Looks Could Kill... I may have met Vampyre through KiSS but it seems Dollz is her real talent. I like her bases the best.

Slayers Universe Great info for Slayers stuff, and it has translations for some of the books! It's not being updated though, and it won't ever be.
QP's Translation of Slayers Novels The stuff here isn't translated in any order, and English is obviously not her first language. But it's much appreciated!
Games
RPG Classics This is a really well done and well run place. It's got an oldschool bent, but there's ton's of stuff for new things too. Go and shrine your favorite game if it hasn't been yet.Adventure Game Studio I haven't tried it out completely yet, but so far it's good. Make your own point and click Adventure games with this free program!
Nippon Ichi Software If you like the playstation game Rhapsody, this is the place to go! They now have a very limited English version as well.
Etansel This is a fabulous site about the Jumi from the game Legend of Mana. It even has scantlations of a very well done Doujinshi about the game.
Cammy Fan I wasn't a big fan of Cammy from Street Fighter, until I found this place. Everything you want to know about Cammy is here, and the guy who runs it is a true fan through and through. He'll convice you to be too!
Artists
The Art and Poetry Cafe Run by my best friend. Illustrate great poetry in the contests, or just look at what's already been done. Unfortunately not supported enough, so there haven't been any updates. :(Aristeia Lore's great fun, and she has some interesting art as well.
Cozy Paper Keiii (pronounced kay) is an amazing young artist who's distinctive style is absolutely beautiful.
